A4I (Aiming For Independence)
A4I consists of a range of workshops for young people aimed at helping them to develop and enhance their living and life skills. The program aims to improve access for young people to explore pathways for education, employment and training; enhance access to services and referral pathways to address complex needs; improve connections to their family and the community and create social and recreational opportunities for young people.
A specialised program for young people aged 16-25 years who are experiencing homelessness. Workers walk alongside the young person and provide the support and help they need so they can achieve their goals. Workers assist in linking young people into the private rental market, gain further education, help them find jobs and help them further develop their living skills so they can live independently.
School Focused Youth Service (SYFS)
The School Focused Youth Service delivers short- and long-term responses to address identified needs and the coordination of community-based responses to support young people (10 to 18) identified as at risk.
The Youth Outreach service supports young people aged 16 to 25 years who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. Workers assist young people with finding suitable, safe, secure and affordable accommodation; link / reconnect them into education, employment and training; and help them develop basic living and life skills.
